What We Install
Every entry point, covered and answered.
From a single front door to a full apartment lobby, we design intercom systems around how your property is actually entered, then install, configure and hand them over ready to use.
Most systems we fit are IP video intercoms: a weatherproof door or gate station outside, a monitor inside, and an app that brings both to your phone. Because we run the cabling, set up the network and fit the lock hardware ourselves, one team is accountable for the whole entry.
Capabilities
More than a doorbell with a speaker.
Video door stations
High-definition door stations with wide-angle lenses show the whole entry: the visitor, the parcel and everything beside them. Weatherproof, vandal-resistant units are rated for exposed positions: full sun, rain and street-front installs.
Mobile answering
Calls ring on the indoor monitor and your smartphone at the same time. Answer from the couch, the office or overseas. To the visitor at the door, it's no different from you being home.
Building-wide systems
Lobby door stations with searchable tenant directories or unit keypads, calling every apartment in the building: each residence with its own answering point, or its residents' phones directly.
Gate & door release
Release doors, pedestrian gates and driveway gates directly from the monitor or app. We wire the intercom's relay outputs into strikes, magnetic locks and gate motors, and can supply and fit that hardware as part of the same job.
Applications
From one door to an entire building.
The same discipline scales from a single front door to hundreds of apartments: what changes is how the system is designed.
Single premises
Homes, shopfronts and small offices with one or two entries. A video station at the front door or driveway gate, a monitor where it's convenient, and smartphone answering for when nobody's there, so couriers, guests and after-hours callers always reach someone.
Apartment buildings & strata
Lobby door stations calling every unit in the building, and staged replacements of ageing analogue systems. In many buildings the existing riser cabling can be reused, which keeps cost and disruption down. Residents keep a working intercom throughout the changeover, and we'll present the proposal to your strata committee or building manager.
Commercial & gatehouse
Reception and rear-entry stations for visitor and delivery management, plus gatehouse and boom-gate intercoms for yards, warehouses and industrial sites. Entry calls can tie into your access control, so verifying a visitor and releasing the gate happen in one action.
Day-to-Day Benefits
What changes once it's installed.
A good intercom earns its keep quietly, every day. Not just when something goes wrong.
- No missed visitors: calls ring on the monitor and your phone together, so deliveries and guests get answered even when the building is empty.
- No key handovers: release the door or gate for trades, cleaners and couriers from wherever you are, then it locks behind them.
- See before you open: speak to unexpected callers through the door station without opening anything.
- Modern replacement for tired systems: ageing analogue intercoms swapped for video units, often reusing the cabling already in the wall.
- Part of your wider security: intercoms tie into access control and CCTV, so entry calls, credentials and footage work as one system, not three.
Common Questions
What people ask before an intercom install.
Yes. The video intercoms we install push calls to a smartphone app as well as the indoor monitor, so when someone presses the button you can see them, speak to them and even release the door from wherever you are: at work, on holiday or just out the back. To the visitor, it's no different from you answering inside the house.
Yes. We wire the intercom's relay outputs into your electric door strike, magnetic lock or gate motor, so a single tap on the monitor or app releases the entry. If your door or gate isn't yet fitted with an electric lock or motor, we can supply and install compatible hardware as part of the same job.
This is one of our most common jobs. We assess the existing system and cabling, then propose a modern video replacement. In many buildings the existing riser cabling can be reused, which keeps cost and disruption down. We stage the changeover so residents keep a working intercom throughout, and we're happy to present the proposal to your strata committee or building manager.
Modern IP intercoms run over standard network cabling and can usually join your existing network without issue. We check your router, switching and Wi-Fi coverage during the site assessment. If the network needs a tidy-up or a cable run to the door station, we handle that ourselves as part of the install, since data cabling and networking are core services for us.
Related Solutions
What we often install alongside intercoms.
Intercoms rarely travel alone. The same visit that fits a door station usually ties it into access control, cameras and the cabling that carries them all. You can see how those systems come together on our completed sites.
Access Control
Keypads, readers, fobs and mobile credentials that control exactly who can enter, with a record of every entry.

HD and 4K IP camera systems with remote viewing, smart analytics and secure recording: full, usable coverage of the same entries your intercom answers.
